We continue to follow guidance from regulatory authorities to ensure the safety of our team, clients and communities. To ensure the well-being of our customers, JEVITIE is closely following safety measures.

As a measure of physical distancing, as well as to minimize potential risk of exposure for both carriers and customers, henceforth all deliveries will not require a signature.

We have provided our team with the following delivery protocol guidelines:

• Leaving a plant unattended (e.g. on the porch) will be an acceptable form of delivery.

• Our employees have been directed to practice responsible sanitation and hand-washing.

• Our flagship farm in Mount Washington follow best manufacturing practices defined by the FDA. These GMPs include, but are not limited to, social distancing, sanitizing, hand washing/drying, wearing gloves, restrictions against eating or drinking at work stations, instructions to employees that employees should not come to work if they are sick or not feeling well, or employees being sent home if they become ill while working.

• Delivery vehicles should be properly ventilated throughout the day and in clean condition

• Announce arrival by ringing bell or knocking on the door, but practice touchless delivery.

Please note: Deliveries to non-residential addresses, like hospitals and schools, may be impacted by health and safety restrictions due to the evolving pandemic. We are monitoring this closely and will be in touch with you if we cannot deliver your gift to an address.

Shipping & Delivery

We are currently providing delivery to the 48 continental U.S. states so our customers may continue to send gifts to friends and cherished ones, especially during these times when seeing somebody in person is more challenging.

Same day deliveries (Los Angeles area only) must be placed by 9AM. All orders placed after 12pm (Pacific Time) will be delivered the next day. Please contact 415-580-0003 if you have any urgent questions.

All of the succulents, cactus and other plants and flowers seen on the site represent an overall look. Every plant is unique so there will be variations in color, shape, etc. The actual design may not be exactly replicated when ordered due to seasonal restrictions and various market conditions. When that occurs, we will substitute certain things with a similar sort, preserving the overall look, style and color of the arrangement. All substitutions are at the designer's discretion.

Yes! You are able to choose the delivery date of your order.If you select on the product page that the plant you chose to send is a gift, you will be prompted to select an available delivery date from the delivery calendar. If purchasing a plant for yourself you will be prompted to select your delivery date in checkout, otherwise the next available delivery date will be automatically selected for you.

We ship to all 48 states in the Continental U.S. Due to agricultural restrictions, certain select products cannot be shipped to Arizona, Florida, and Texas.

Orders are typically delivered within 2-4 business days of the order being placed. We do offer next day and overnight shipping options available for an additional charge. In order to ensure your new plant(s) arrive happy and healthy we ship directly from our farm to your door.

All of our succulents come pre-potted in eco-friendly soil in the stylish container pictured. Our house plants’ pots also include a built-in saucer to contain water overflow.

Our mission is too spread joy by striving to make every special moment last a little longer. If you have a problem with an order, we want to hear about it.

Sometimes, changes are possible, but only before your arrangement has been started.

• We cannot cancel orders after the arrangement has been created.

• We cannot cancel or change orders scheduled as same-day (local) deliveries.

Please double check all orders and make sure everything is correct before checking out.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you would like to change or cancel your order. We'll do our best to process your request.

We’re so sorry your arrangement arrived in less than perfect condition. Our 30 day guarantee ensures your new gift will arrive safe and healthy and we will happily send you a replacement.

Please provide us with your order number and a photo of your damaged plant and send via our contact link.

All sales are final and no refunds are permitted. Exchanges will be considered on a case-by-case basis only if the item is defective. In such instance, a photograph must be provided within 12 hours of the original delivery time.
