At Jevitie Living, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.
Eligibility
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging
- Products must be free from odors, stains, or signs of use
- Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase is required
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at info@jevitie.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return
- We will send you a return authorization and shipping instructions
- Pack the items securely in their original packaging

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at info@jevitie.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of damaged or defective items.
